Your deposit is your commitment to study at Staffordshire University and is usually non-refundable. Full terms and conditions can be found in our international deposit refund policy. Please note that this can take 3-5 working days after the date of payment.

IMPORTANT: If you send a payment directly to the University, please include your full name and your reference number with the payment. Unidentified payments cannot be credited to your account.

For more information on the Student visa application process, please see the UKCISA website.

Payment of tuition fees

On arrival at the University, you’ll need to pay 34% of your annual tuition fee (this includes any payments already received i.e. £3,500 deposit) before you can enrol on your course. Please be aware that it can take a couple of weeks to open a UK bank account because of security checks, so you should make sure that you have access to the appropriate funds on arrival at the University.

Payment dates:

The deadlines for paying the final instalment of your tuition fees are:

  • September entrants: 2nd instalment - 31st January (33%),  and 3rd instalment - 30th April (33%)

  • January entrants: 2nd instalment - 30th June (33%), and 3rd instalment - 30th September (33%)

Please note: If you’ve been awarded a scholarship or any discounts, these will be deducted from the total tuition fees at enrolment.
